Terms of Service
Effective: August 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Threadmill, a service operated by Wangui Co., Ltd. (주식회사 왕의, business registration no. 456-87-03502, the "Company", "we"), a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Threadmill (the "Service") is a subscription software service that generates persona-based posts and replies with AI for Threads accounts you connect, and schedules and publishes them automatically. Publishing happens exclusively through Meta's official Threads API.
The Service includes automated post generation and publishing, automated comment replies, performance reports, and knowledge-based content generation (RAG). Usage limits vary by plan.
2. Accounts & Connections
You need a Google account or email verification to sign in, and you must connect a Threads account you own through the official OAuth flow to publish content.
You must have legitimate authority over any connected Threads account. Access tokens are stored encrypted and destroyed immediately when you disconnect.
3. Responsibility for AI-Generated Content
Content produced by the Service is AI-generated draft material. We do not warrant its accuracy, legality, or fitness for any purpose. In approval mode you review before publishing; if you enable autopilot, you remain fully responsible for everything published.
You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable law and with Meta's and Threads' terms and community guidelines. We do not guarantee any performance outcome such as views or follower growth.
4. Prohibited Use
The following are prohibited: publishing content that violates Meta policies (spam, misinformation, hate speech, etc.), uploading material that infringes third-party rights, attempting to circumvent technical limits, reverse engineering, and account sharing or resale.
We may suspend or terminate service for violations, with prior notice where practicable.
5. Free Plan Conditions
Posts published on the free plan automatically include a single line at the end of the first comment stating that the post was published automatically with Threadmill. This line is both a condition of free use and an AI/automation disclosure to your readers.
You may not delete or alter this line after publishing. We periodically verify published posts on free-plan accounts; if the line has been removed, we may notify you and then suspend automated publishing. Repeated removal results in the free plan being withdrawn.
Upgrading to a paid plan removes the line entirely, and any account suspended over it is restored immediately. Deleting the post itself is not a violation.
6. Fees & Billing
The Service is offered as paid subscription plans; prices and limits are listed on the pricing page. International payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; Korean won payments are processed by a domestic payment provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual). Seven days before each renewal we email you the amount, the date, and how to cancel. You can cancel anytime, 24/7, from Dashboard → Settings → Plan; service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The monthly post allowance included in a plan is a feature limit, not a credit or point balance that can be purchased or topped up separately. Unused allowance does not roll over and has no cash value.
7. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to knowledge materials you upload and to content generated from them. We process them only to provide the Service.
The Service itself (software, design, trademarks) remains our property.
8. Changes & Availability
We may improve or change features. Functionality may be limited by causes outside our control, including changes to Meta's API policies; where reasonable we will provide alternatives or notice.
We are not liable for damages caused by Meta-side actions (API restrictions, account sanctions) absent our intent or gross negligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
We may amend these terms; material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes adverse to you) in the Service or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence may take precedence where applicable.
